We stopped overnight at Le Sanglier Hirsute and right away wished desperately that we had a week instead. First of all, the food (we had the vegan table d’hôtes) is incredible. On either side of this stay we were in San Sebastián and Paris (both famous for their food of course, and we do our research on restaurants) and this was the best meal of the trip....
